In 2011 PersNIKKIty’s Cafe & Bakery began with a limited menu featuring freshly baked pastries, great coffee and a few gourmet salads and sandwiches. As our guests requested more items, and as we delivered, our menu evolved to include the extraordinary variety of fresh, wholesome, irresistible foods you know today.
About Us
At PersNIKKIty’s, we are passionate about all we do - especially the food we create and serve to our guests. We know that everyone has their own nutritional wants and needs, so we offer more healthy food options, and with all dishes prepared to order, special requests are welcomed. With that being said, we also offer Certified Angus Beef Burgers that are hand-pressed in house and made with unique sauces and scrumptious toppings. We strive to create food to fit every lifestyle, using only the freshest ingredients.

Since PersNIKKIty’s Cafe & Bakery began in an 800sq. ft corner unit of a shopping plaza in the heart of Show Low, the service style was designed to be fast and efficient with guests bringing their own food to their tables. But as we grew into our new location we knew we could do more. After all, standing in line is no one’s favorite pastime. We know our guests’ time is valuable, and we want them to relax and enjoy our warm hospitality. That’s why at PersNIKKIty’s you simply order form the menu board and we deliver your freshly made order right to your table.
